This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We cannot retrieve official records, reschedule a hearing, remove or seal a case, issue a certified copy, accept payment, or give legal advice. Use the appropriate Madison County clerk or court for those actions.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Choose the court first. The official contacts and public routes below are the documented Madison County channels:
- Common Pleas record, felony, general civil, or domestic-relations matter: use the Clerk of Courts Record Search or contact the Common Pleas Clerk.
- Traffic ticket, Municipal Court case, date, or eligible citation-payment question: use Municipal Court Case Search, Calendar, payment information, or the Municipal Court Clerk.
- Probate record: start with the Probate Court’s separate Record Search and clerk channel.
- Juvenile record or access question: contact the Juvenile Court Clerk because the adult-facing portals do not establish access.
- Certified copy, filed document, old file, or restricted record: ask the clerk that owns the original court file to explain the permitted route.
